Just watched the slo-mo, he definitely picks out the right girl.

I feared watching the first 8 rounds that the hunger might not be there this year. But tonight the boys showed we still have it - fabulous performance all round except for wayward goal kicking! Jump on boys and girls, the red and white express is just starting to warm up the engines. Destination September!

What a wonderful night at the footy, just sensational!

That really spoiled it for me. What an idiot.

Great win. Sets up our season. The tram ride really got our guys switched on for the first quarter. Horse even made a joke about it.

Shows what a mental game footy is. Collingwood turned up to play last week, Swans turned up to play this week.

Great effort by Fringe players Morton and Everitt.

Regarding the bus breaking down, if they were staying in the same hotel as they did on GF day, I'm surprised they all didn't get on the blooming tram, since it stops outside the hotel.

Great win by the guys. The win was dampened by the incident at the end of the night, but Goodes was all class tonight. It was a great team effort across the board.

Great to see Eddie come into the rooms and apologize for one idiot. The friend to her right thought the initial comment was funny and then their jaws dropped when Adam pointed her out.

Hopefully Sam will be back quickly as he didn't seem to be moving badly after the game. Played an outstanding role on the wing.

WE set some records against the Pies tonight. Lowest score till three qtr time ever against the Swans and first time they have been goal less in a qtr.

Well done except I tipped bloody Collingwood !!!!! oh well, never mind, will take the 4 points anyday.

The Swans were doing things all night that just like in the granny that you didn't think they had the time to execute.
                      Well done Swans, awesome game.

Excellent centre clearance work makes a difference. Any chance us winning a soft free.

Pressure was great all night. Outstanding win. Mal goes to another level.

By the way a player was hanging on to Kennedy at almost every stoppage he went to.

Strangely I don't resile from that comment. It was a great tackle and kick, but I watched him pretty closely tonight, and he does look like the pace of the game is passing him by. He has basically become a defensive forward who plays primarily because of his tackling.

Harry o is quick but he made up 15 metres on Bolton over 30, and maxwell is actually slow but he ran past Jude to be first to the ball. As it turned out that was to his detriment.

I'm not saying you would drop him but 12 possessions most of which were ineffective hand passes in traffic, does not suggest he gets off his man too easily. When the end comes, like with Leo and tadgh, it can happen much more quickly than people expect.

Anyway tonight is not the night to over analyse. They played so well as a team tonight that I don't think I have seen a better more dominant swans performance live for a long long long time.

What a game! An absolute pleasure to watch the team tonight. Can barely believe we won on a Friday night at the MCG playing Collingwood. Wouldn't happen to often I'm guessing.

A bit of a shame to end the game that way, but very proud of the way Adam Goodes acted. We still need people like him to encourage us to confront that sort of behaviour. The girl is going to be crucified this week and I hope someone also takes the time to educate her.

                                AWESOME win.

KEEP MORTON IN THE SIDE. I'm so sick of him getting dropped. He is in our best 22.

Reid seemed OK after the match. I find it hard to believe that he'd be out for long, but you never know.

This has put me in a great mood for this weekend. Imagine the team clicking like that with Shaw, Mattner, LRT and Tippett. Awesome signs.
