From the photo, appears that Cunningham has bulked up a fair bit in the last 18 months, can a ressie watcher confirm that is the case and not just a trick of photograhy.

Something about him looks sort of like Paul Kelly to my eyes!

      Just saw this on Facebook

Tim Membrey's pre-AFL averages in games covered by Champion Data:

      2012 TAC Cup (Gippsland)- 14 Matches, 115 SC, 83 DT, 3.5 Goals
      2012 U18 Champs (Vic C) - 2 Matches, 91 SC, 55 DT, 2.5 Goals
      2013 NEAFL (Sydney) - 10 Matches, 92 SC, 80 DT, 2.5 Goals

Including trials and U16 Championships he has kicked 115 goals (2.4 per game) and 55 behinds (68% scoring accuracy) in 48 matches covered.

Yes he has bulked up quite a bit. I was quite surprised when he came back from injury just how solid he was. Still very quick though.

Well done Ugg, I don't know where I would start getting all those stats. He is a starter, if you look at the Longmire interview after last weeks match he says something very interesting. When asked about Sam Reid Longmire states that we have been getting by without him and will do so again. He then states that we had 4 first year players in the team and will continue to play first year players. He then says there might be some more next week. Very Interesting.

And White is. Safe bet that Membrey will be playing Reid's intended swingman role.

White, Cunningham and X Richards all named in the reserves, leaving Membrey, B Jack, Lamb and Mitchell as the bench.

Predicted that after Longmire's after game press conference last week. He inferred he was going to try out another young bloke.

I guess that's how Ugg figured it out. Well done, Ugg.

With that level of accuracy you'll never get a job with Robbo.

Usual practice is that the new guy gets the vest. With Membrey as more of a KPP though, it'll be interesting to see if that happens. I still suspect it will.

He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

Jesse to face GWS - SYDNEYSWANS.com.au
According to this, there's one change - White in for Reid. Which means Membrey needs to wait a little longer.

                            Lol.

                            Longmire's fault...again

Jesse deserved his return, has played some good footy recently in the seniors and a big mature body should do damage to the opposition this week. Assume Jesse will play CHF and Pyke/Mummy will rest in a forward pocket with Tippett permanent FF.

With the constant revolving door at GWS, I'm hard pressed to identify their best side. Is it five changes to their side this week or more? Can't help their on field cohesion.

This is a good chance for us to get proper use out of Tippett, it needs a little tinkering.

I agree - and he plays his best footy as a full time forward. Should be good seeing Tippett and White tear apart the GWS defence!
