Love your workI'm looking forward to seeing the new Adelaide oval, but not looking forward to the game with anything but trepidation. Have a bad feeling on last week's effort that we might be 0-3 after Saturday. I damn well hope not, and want to give it to the dirty Crows fans - we will see.Comment

I hope you're wrong, because if you're right, my appraisal of Longmire will fall over the edge. I hope and expect both ROK and Derickx to be dropped.
Indirectly, ROK has been a victim of losing Mummy, in that we are not a strong stoppage team anymore, and ROK compensated for his lack of speed by doing so much grunt work stoppage after stoppage. We are transitioning to a quicker outside running side, but haven't quite succeeded just yet.
The kind of game we are moving toward will require a better skill set than we've demonstrated so far. We are not capable of locking down the game like we used to be and are susceptible to being overrun late in games. We used to be the team doing the overrunning.
Perhaps if Naismith turns out to be a strong stoppage ruckman, things will change back again.Comment

Yes I'm curious too. I have been googling this and I'm not sure if there is a deadline for upgrading if it is to replace a player on the long term injured list.
Actually if love a really concise explanation of the list management rules somewhere on the web. It's not as easy to find as I thought it would beComment

Agree mostly but Sam Naismith has got to come in for Derrikx so that we have a constant big marking threat around goa and a few extra possessions around the ground. We have them where we want them, everything is going according to plan!Comment
