Matt, I think it's about the difference between an object (sex object if you like) and a person. The line you quote regards a woman as a thing, an "it" not a "you". About as nasty as one could get I would think.

It's still a weird saying. There are many women out there treating men like objects for there own physical gain. They can be just like men.
