    - Trade Craig Bird for an early 2nd round pick. This saves some salary cap and gives Tom Mitchell greater opportunity.

    - Only trade Jetta if a good offer from Ross Lyon is revived. We still need his pace.

    - Trade Grundy for a 2nd round pick. Saves some more salary cap.

    - Recruit James Frawley as a key defender (free agency). The money saved through the trading of Grundy, Bird and Hanners should be enough.

    - Recruit Sharrod Wellingham from West Coast for a 3rd round pick. This is a special Buddy project and we back Wellingham to rediscover his Collingwood form.

    - Goodes and Shaw retire and Malceski exercises free agency.

This leaves us after the recruitment of Petracca and Heeney in the 1st round with three 2nd round picks.

This is the round one 2015 team.

    B Reid Richards Smith
    HB Rohan Frawley Rampe
    C Jetta Kennedy K.Jack
    HF Cunninham Franklin McVeigh
    F Membrey Tippett Petracca
    Foll Pyke Parker Mitchell

    Inter Lloyd Heeney Jones
    Sub Towers
Don't forget the baby with the Bathwater Matt80! That is a hell of a lot of change for a team which, despite what happened on Saturday, finished minor premiers and made the Grand Final.

Frawley is a decent player, but I think he is vastly overrated, and given the Wees and Poos are in for him, we would have to pay top $ for him (given they've got millions splashing around haha!).

Ha ha, so funny Jewels. That is me to a tee. Haven't watched, read or listened to a word! I'm over it until next year.

        You're a bit of a nutter, aren't you Matt.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

Apologies. Ben McGlynn to inter. Out goes Towers. Heeney to Sub. The best thing about this team is the window they will have in 2016 and 2017. This team is transformative not outrageous. You may even be able to pull off two good second round picks.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. Bird signed a new contract in August. He's not going anywhere.

Pet Tractor, heh. So we're going to trade you for a piece of farm equipment.
Hope I can drive the thing.

So it has been revealed that St Kilda has offered Pick 1 for Parker (No thanks) but great you rate him so highly.

No deal. Parker is too important to the Swans.

I hope the swans laughed at them!

The Saints have clearly got themselves some comedians to run the show down there.

That and a decent player might do it. One problem, it's StKilda, they don't have any decent players!
