For the first time since last years GF I felt we dug in and got that real Bloods spirit back, long may it continue!!
Great to hear that you and family are travelling from Mackay for the game! Trust that the atmosphere will be great and the team will do us proud, again!

Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

I'm coming up from Melbourne for the game with my partner and three of our four kids. Also bought tickets for two of my (Sydney-based) brothers and their wives to do my best to help bolster support for the boys.

Wouldn't miss it and totally pumped by the effort against Freo. It was magnificent under the circumstances and if not for the four or five first quarter misses, I would have been coming to Sydney a week later.

You should make it a real road trip and after we win on Sat night head across the Nullabor....

            PS. Big effort, well done.

Aah Annie! Glad to see that wink - I might've thought you were only in it for the beefcake!
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

I woke up at 7am in Prague to watch the game, I'd had about 3 hours sleep. The boys did well and probably should've won. We are ripe for the picking this week but kinda feel we will deal with the kangas. Really wanna see the crows knock off the Hawks though, if they go out in straight sets , I don't care who wins it ( although I'd clearly love it to be the swans )

Maybe if I rock up at 7 pm on Saturday, my usual seats will be available to purchase.

But if you buy a ticket, someone might mistake you for a real fan! And we just can't have that [emoji6]
