That was a great article by Greg Baum in the Age re the Jamie Collins' painting of Adam doing the war dance. At last an acknowledgement that gives us something to smile at and obviously gave him a great deal of enjoyment and satisfaction in it being done. Good to read that the Swans are going to buy or have bought the original.

I have been peeling the plastic off my paper version of The Age with trepidation each morning for a while now. For ages it was more articles about the negative aspects of Goodes' year or lately too much Hawthorn love.

I ran through the house with joy when I saw the painting on the back page. Enjoyed the article just as much.

A limited edition print run will no doubt price our family out of the market however I have pinned the newspaper version on the wall and hope I win Tatts in the mean time!!
