Grand Final selections are generally pretty predictable as there is a lot of media coverage.

    IN: McVeigh, Mills
    OUT: Aliir, Marsh

Yes, well that is the danger of course, and another aspect of the footy fan, they are attracted to what they see as kindred souls....

          McVeigh in!

Can't believe some are asking for Reid to come in. That's ridiculous

I don't think anyone suggested that. Ask eBay was mentioned was that Reid was training with the main group at the open training session.

I thought they may have kept Marsh because of his leg speed. Bulldogs have many fast outside runners.

                I'm sick in the stomach.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

Really doesn't matter if you do or not.
The coaches do, and value it.
One would assume that with all the strained fingers he's had, he gives a lot of direction.

Having said that, it does worry me a bit with his lack of speed and at times questionable decisions.
I'm prepared to offset my concerns against a player with an experienced head on his shoulders in a GF.
In a young side, he will be valuable.

One thing that seems to have gone widely unnoticed is Heeney playing through the midfield much more than usual. Almost like a secret weapon that the Swans have been saving.
It allows for much more rotation in the forward line (Parker is suddenly seen a lot more there than in recent times).
Also Buddy seems to have refined his midfield and wing skills a bit. I no longer get really worried when he travels up the ground (as much)

I'm not. It would be 21 versus 22

They aren't talking up much else but the rise and rise of the Dogs....
Its like Sydney are staying home to watch it all unfold.
                          I'm lovin it.

Swans aren't even getting there until tomorrow....
                          And the weather is clearing...

I've heard Mills and McVeigh are both in this week. Aliir is obviously one out, assume Marsh is the other.

I think the doggies actually have an intra club match first this weekend ????

Reports that Mills is in and that Laidler has been told he's out.
