McGlynn is dead to me. Tippett was a log. A few others were down but those two stand out for their poor efforts. This was not the same team that beat Geelong last week. They did not turn up today. Piss poor.

      Congratulations and enjoy
Piss off mate. Anyone with half a brain let alone half a football brain would realise even the best team wont win if there is umpire bias like today. I wanted to enjoy a great game of football, but all i saw were ads and disgraceful umpiring that ruined what could of been one of the best grand finals ever.

final quarter was fair, they killed us, but the first 3 quarters was disgraceful umpiring. So I'm not sure how to feel
        feeling robbed i guess

Well done to Johanissen for getting the Norm Smith, but I thought that Matt Stevic deserved it.

Rohan and McGlynn failed on the big stage again and although he kicked 2 goals, Hewett looked out his league. Why did McVeigh play? Parker looked to be carrying an injury.

Congrats Dogs.. Well played. I feel there was a too big margin between our best and worst players today.

Dogs finished stronger. I think we were 1 point down with 10 minutes to go. Dogs were good enough to get the next goal and the momentum back.

It hurts but it is a good season to finish 2nd. Rather than be knocked out in the last 4 or 6.

I'm not sure I would have had Johannisen in the top 5 in the game.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

Dare i say it again, but lost at selection. If Mcglynn plays next year i will be pissed off. Captaincy must be taken from mcveigh so hes not an auto-selection.

But the swans must kick up a stink about the umpiring. that was a disgrace.

What was it the Earl of Homebush famously said? "Lost at selection"?

We needed to be good enough to put the game out of reach of any umpiring influence. Shouldn't have to be that way but it is. Always next year.

Surely we can no longer ignore the SIGNIFICANT advantage a home grand final has.

Not that i wish it changed yet, but it should be as loudly shouted as cola and academies.
