We know what's happening on the 22nd, we match an early bid for Blakey, it's the following day we'll be in mystery action.

His form has been down the last couple of seasons (confidence, injuries??), but he certainly has more upside than most of our existing depth players.

Could be a good low cost pick up in line with what we used to do

Has he played more forward than HB this year?

I’m much more interested to see what we do during the FA and trade period

Not sure as he's been at Box Hill most of the time

He's a lovely long kick and can play as a pressure forward or down back

                  TAYLOR DURYEA

The Hawthorn free agent has been linked with Sydney, where it is believed he has had a medical. Has been able to play as a handy half back or also defensive forward, so might be on the move.
                  How is that pronounced? di·ar·rhe·a

I think Duyrea was played as a defensive forward this year. I don't recall seeing him in their side for the last 10 or so weeks this year. He was probably playing for Box Hill.

Duryea is a downgrade on Newman.

You could be right, I find it a confusing piece of news that we'd be interested in a 28yo fringe Hawk when we're moving on guys like Newman.

I thought Newman asked for a trade?

Match committee don't rate him would be why he is looking elsewhere

Maybe this question has been answered already but I'll ask why haven't the Swans delistings been made public? Many clubs have done , even those in last weeks games!!!
