Yes I have seen plenty of footy if you must know probably Simon Madden from that era... but you obviously haven't watched much footy in 2018 as the game has evolved and teams don't play 2 ruckmen anymore. Seen Richmond play at all this season??? They are the reigning premier...

It will be interesting to see if he is still selected when we have everyone available. If we play Naismith, Sinclair and Reid it's hard to find a spot for him. I wonder how he'd go in the backline?Comment

Has to hold those marks in the backline, not just create a contestComment

That is the understatement of the year. Aliir Aliir completely hopeless more like it and "may" have costs the swans that! game with his inept performance.
for Issac H. leaps a lot in a contest for the ball, but the majority of the time never takes the mark and just knocks the ball straight on to the opposition player in front of him lol.
There is some major lack of skills going on with many of the younger guys. Guess playing AFL on Xbox as a training method just doesn't cut it in the real world.Comment

Don’t quite understand the rage on RWO. Rewind 4 weeks or so and we lost to GCS and Essendon and were gorn.
I’m happy to be playing finals and hoping that the return of Buddy, Parks and possibly Reid means we might win one final at best.
Thought Hewitt had a great game. Cunningham’s game on Smith was huge. Really good signs from McCartin. His almost goal was v exciting. Heeney is being asked to plug holes all over the ground as a standin for Reid.
AA worst game he’s played, hope he can forget about it and move on.Comment

I agree. Sinclair has been incredible this year. To continue on as a sole ruckman he has shown incredible guts and stamina. BUT, if we had a Naismith for example, Sinclair would rest in the forward line - our team would be 1-2 goals better a game. That is what has killed us this year. Our young blokes in the forward line have done bloody well - especially McCartin.Comment

Done by a shallow squad tonight.
Fox and Dawson were poor; I've been disappointed with Fox the last fortnight. Robinson is ok when he gets it, but 9 possessions in 108 minutes isn't good enough. Aliir was terrible, not just the dropped marks but beaten every time the ball hit the ground; perhaps a fair weather player.
Our defence, the excellent Lloyd aside (and I guess McVeigh, but he roamed around), was off. We kicked badly for goal.
I also thought we kicked backwards/sideways too much, particularly on a slippery night. Also, some sloppy handballs/poor decision making coming out of trouble.
Hewett was very good. McCartin tried hard.
In all, not a great performance. We looked a bit young. Knocked off by bloody Hawthorn again. It's galling.Comment

Brain fades kept them in it in rhe first half and then they figured us out and we couldnt get any momentum
Lloyd was good
Alir was lost
Sinclair was good
Dawson was lost
Hewett was good
Harry ok
Isaac good early as was Paps
Cant believe Hannas body language and berating od teammates from a guy who never hits a target
The rest should do us well, doesnt appear to be any gimmes in the top 8, got to have a week off and win 4 gamesComment
