These suggestions are all well and good, but I can see Horse wanting to get Reg and/or Kieren Jack back next week. He also seemed to argue in his post-match that Mills is not the messiah and we shouldn't write off Florent, Papley, Jones, Hewett etc.

          In: Thurlow
          Out: Clarke

I was really hopeful that Clarke could be an accumulator for us but he was really poor last night - Jordan Foote poor. Mills has to be given a shot in the mids and Thurlow allows that to happen.

Surprised that there are no fans of Cameron. I heard that he made Mumford look very ordinary in the ruck and took some fine marks. We really need some muscle up forward with Sinclair to spend more time forward. I would drop Clarke (worse recruiting decision in the past decade), Blakey (needs more time to build his game), Melican has Been disappointing and Ronke. Bring in Cameron, Jack, Grundy and Rowbottom.

He played about 4 NEAFL games in his first season and doesn't look like being back any time soon, he's making Kurt Tippett look durable

Mumford is surely only on the Giants list is a backup ruckman if Giles(?) goes down. No way he is there number 1 ruck. So beating him should be taken with a grain of salt.

It does make one wonder. Why play our most exciting young midfield prospect injured, especially as he's being played a lot up forward because that area isn't up to snuff?

I think the opposite. That the Mummy will return once his ban is over.

LOL Giles has played for Essendon and West Coast and retired since he last played for GSW

Dawson Simpson has been their number 1, but if Mummy is fit he will be straight back in

Surely they should consider resting Heeney?

Yeah thanks, I thought Giles was wrong but couldn't think of Simpsons name. Similar types.

Mummy won't be as good as everyone is expecting. He is passed it, it's 7 years since he played with us, and Simpson was very good late last year once he got his chance.
