Successful return for McCartin - confirming it was Paddy who was playing with #51 on his back for the Reserves and he was not wearing any protective head gears.

McCartin played down back to start the match, allowing him to get a few touches and then made his way up to the forward line as the game progressed. ...."It was about getting a feel for it. When you haven't done something for a while you just want to get a feel for it again and that's what I did," McCartin said.

The first set of 4 Instgram photos in your own post (above) which features Amartey, Clarke, Gould and Paddy McCartin (and behind him, Jesse Hogan for them). McLean does not have facial hair.

If you click on the picture it removes any doubt that it is, indeed, Brand (the one with Hogan chasing).

If you listen to JL's post (senior) match press conference, he mentions that Rowbottom didn't come up for the match, so I think it's pretty unlikely he played reserves.
