That would be right - hard to compare I guess when the standards of all players is much higher in terms of preparation etc. And senior players are playing longer at a higher standard as well, which could balance some of that out.
And raw stats in terms of possessions are a bit meaningless today, fewer genuine position or role players etc - so more difficult to compare.
I do think we have had a distinct strategy around playing young guys as much as possible in their first couple of years, probably as a retention strategy of sorts.
