Its not post events experts, what did Geelong do? They didnt take a risk with an injured player.

I knew we where in trouble when the team was so passive just before the kick off, last week they were bumping into opponents and pushing and shoving. This week we were meek as sheep. We needed someone to put the shoulder in to get the juices flowing, i wouldnt mind giving away a free kick before the bounce to send a message we are here to play tough. Instead so meek, we are so desperately short of real mongrel.

Its the coaches job to get the players into the right mental space to play! They clearly arent. Its usual to have one or two players be deers in the headlights but the whole team? Something went very badly wrong for the whole team to be so insipid.

Guys, we’re all disappointed and shellshocked, but let’s not take it out on each other. Sure, we are pants today but we have done well up until this game. Can’t put my finger on it but the truth is Cats much better team today- unfortunately it happened in the wrong game for us. I’m sure the boys will learn from this sad experience and become better players for it.

BTW, Don Pyke is part of today's ****show.

Don Pike is the one who introduced the new game plan, John is on the boundary line to get the players into the right head space how is that working out.

Im equally happy to clear out Pike as well. We have seen what the right exciting new coach can do.

Coaches job is to get the players into the right head space to play, are they? Clearly not is Geelong really a 100 point better team? No, so we again just accept an insipid performance. If we lost a tough hard contest by 4 goals no one would say a work but this is embarrassing plain and simple.

We have been outplayed by a team that has been marvellous today and helped by lucky bounces and a few umpiring decisions.

I am very disappointed, but don’t support the comments attacking our team, coaching etc.

Geelong have simply played an amazing game.
