Errol's disposal has been shocking and our goal kicking has been worse...This SUX.. I wanted a nice quiet afternoon and a big win..instead we get this heart attack stuff again...

    Oh dear...

I'm sick of players slipping over. It costs us every week. Blakey slipped over then when he should have marked it and the saints went all the way down the other end for a goal.

Gee we love hitting the post!

Heeney shouldn't be in trouble- you could see it was accidental by Heeney's reaction. He was turning to try and escape the tag and accidentally hit the man. Heeney turns with a show of concern then quickly plays on...It was accidental. He should be fine

            Amartey really is a liability.

Looking more like a bottom 3 side today. Can’t believe we’re on top of the ladder.

Bad set up there with no ruck in the saints forward line.

Saints are running better. For the first time this season we look tired.

Pressure by saints is 218 and we are only 165. That says it all.

This is looking bad.....we are not the team we were earlier in the season.
Maybe other teams have worked us out.....but it just appears to be 'play with relentless pressure'.
We should be able to work through it but we're a bit off at the moment.

Our midfield was absolutely awful today, outside of Grundy. Belted for work rate in that second half, and we deserved to lose.

                      Mini wake up call needed.

Yey, the site is back....again. Can anything be done to stop RWO crapping itself all the time?

Anyway, bad loss for us today.....it seems that if teams bring the relentless pressure I mentioned above, we are in trouble....and bad kicking for goal is bad footy. Paps, how could you miss that last one??? 3-11 to 9-2 in the second half!

The players and coaches need to come up with a plan quick smart.....and I hope Heens just gets a fine.

That's it from me.....I'm off for tea followed by a movie followed by some vinyl....all washed down with some scotch to try and forget what happened today. FFS

Gees I'd hate to see a bit of selection pressure applied to some of the guys who have been getting carried every other week.

So is there anything we can do to stop RWO stopping? I love this forum.

Anyway, to the game. Bad kicking is bad football- let's get this rubbish play out in the open, fix it, and then be ready for finals. At the moment we are looking like kangaroos caught in the headlights...we need a plan, and a fix, fast- would Mills or Parker make a difference?

Mills I think yes, Parker maybe not.

My thinking too that teams have worked us out and we are not able to adapt. In press conferences Horse talks about the team going away from the process, need for bringing more pressure etc. and we've just just got to get better at that. However the first 15 mins of 1st quarter today showed that nothing had changed from last week. Why are we starting so poorly!

Today it looked as though Grundy was being beaten which makes a difference, and our dependence on one or more of Heeney, Gulden, Warner, Blakey or Paps coming to the rescue with champagne bursts is not the way to win grand finals. In the end kicking for goal was the difference.

Guys, this was bad. We had a good lead and then coughed it up. The way we played was in bursts and that’s not anywhere good enough. Too many passengers today: Amartey, Wicks, Lloyd, Wilbur to name just a few. There were many others who were barely just ok at best. Kicking for goal was terrible and we couldn’t handle the pressure-similar to our loss against the Tigers. Horse and Co have a lot of work to do. Our overhead marking in the forward line was non existent- Hamling in for Amartey and maybe Francis for Melican. I can’t see how Wicks can hold his spot especially if Mills is ready to come in.

                                Very poor display today.
