SEN. He has stints on Monday evenings with Healy & Cornes. Then on Saturday mornings Crunch Time hosted by Whateley.

Just resd Heeney unsuccessful. Damn!!!! Do we have an avenue to appeal tribunal decision? It seems so unjust.

Surprised about Heeney but that’s life, let’s hope the team can use it as ammunition

So, with Heeney now definitely out, I think we have to also bring in Parker.

TBH, if we were or are planning to bring him back through the VFL, I wouldn't blame him for losing his patience with the club as I feel it is disrespectful to a club champion and leader. Particularly with us bringing Mills straight back in.

Parker is in our best 22 IMO and needs to play now and get himself in form before finals.

What a joke. Clearly unintentional, Webster was falling over when Heeney went to push off him.

Is Parker eligible to play now?

So if a player is restrained by a defender preventing him from leading then they should hold their breath waiting for a free. It looked to me that when Heeney went off on the lead that Webster made a last attempt to keep his grip and fell forward. So where was the umpire to either pay a free to Heeney or a free to Webster for high contact.

They made a big mistake leaving Parker in the reserves as long as they did. Probably a bigger mistake than playing Roberts ahead of Adams on Sunday.

They need to go full Legal, Injunction BS on them.

Make a mockery of their system.

Parker should walk into the 22, time to stop mucking around with the team.

waswan I do agree Parker probably should come in I think wicks could make way his output hasn't been great lately although different player types, can't help but think he can bring pressure in different ways than closing speed. I would also like Hamling to get a go instead of Amarety or until Reid is close to fully fit

Parker Mills and Adams into the 22

                        23rd player in Order
                        Fox,Lloyd,Roberts,Wicks

                        Amartey needs a week off

I have no issue with Wicks being brought in for a week here and there to cover an injury, he just isn't a Top 22 player.
Same with Roberts but I think he has the potential to be a Top 22 player.

Fox into the 22 as a defender only otherwise a Sub.

Play Parker Mills and Adams, 3 elite players, what is wrong with them ?

Parker and Adams will lay more tackles in 2 games then Wicks will lay in 2 months plus 5x the possessions

It’s cause we are Sydney and the AFL has had enough embarrassment this year with their umpiring.

Them getting it “wrong” would cause them more controversy.

Just should have been charged in the first place, to me they doubled down on their atrocious original decision.

I love the Swans but the AFL, inconsistency and imbalance is killing the game for me. If they nerf out academy disproportionately to what they do with father son, I think it will be time for me to support something less Vicbiassed.

Great statements by Longmire and Harley regarding Isaac. It’s as strong a comment about the AFL I’ve heard Horse make.
Yet again, the AFL has done our club over, and clearly they’re sick of it. As are we all.

So happy we are appealing. The hearing is tonight. It probably won't make a difference, but reading the criteria for appealing, I think we can argue 2 of them.

                              - That the decision was so unreasonable that no Tribunal acting reasonably could have come to that decision having regard for the evidence before it.
                              - Classification for offence manifestly excessive or inadequate.

I thought maybe we were all being one eyed about this, but pleasingly there has been a lot of outrage from other supporters. Also most commentators and a couple of coaches have spoken out.

Heeney's initial ruling is a dangerous precedent for the rest of the season. Hope it is over turned for AFL this season not just Heeney.
