OK, I thought it might, coz he didn't appear to hang on to it for very long and, yeh, it didn't look like it was 15m more like 6!!Originally posted by sharp9

The Hyphen is fast becoming a mediocre player, which must be a relief for Roos. The sad thing is he is our best CHB. For that matter he is our best "tall" defender. A situation that I can not comprehend.
As soon as he starts taking contested marks, I will be happy with him.Comment

Like you like me. I cannot understand how many here praise such a medicore player.Originally posted by Wil

He is a goose, looks like lurch and plays like a lurch would.Comment

Although LRT has run off his opponent previously I think Roos may have emphasised this because he may have expected Holland to be planB in the ruck for Melbourne. I was certainly surprised to see White ruck the whole game.Originally posted by Foreign Legion
He showed a bit of nous last night to run forward and put pressure on Holland.

Maybe we can name a piece of tin after him and give it to the most unco player in the team each year. etc. etc.
And for the record, I don't think LRT's game against Holland was particularly brilliant. I am pleased however that more RWOers are noticing that his handball can be surprising quick and creative.
While I was pleased to see him receive a couple of passes from team-mates I was a little disappointed that none of the senior Swans went to settle him down when he was forced to have a shot at goal.Comment

One percenters are crucial - they win games and lets face it, his kicking at goal was better than his opponentsOriginally posted by Diego
Don't care how many good 1% he made the other night, when it came to crucial things like kicking at goal he still failed.

Why? Because I don't agree we should name a b&f after such a dud player?Originally posted by Ruckman

I mean its a true reflection of the way the swans are, reward medicority..hence 1933.
Troy Luff medal..hhahahahah ahh the embarassment.

I'm not sure that this is the most sensible discussion if you "don't care" about the important things that he does do - only the ones that he doesn't.Originally posted by Diego
I don't care. He is a dud. 1% are crucila but so are shots for goal and contested marking.
Anyway, he's a defender so goal kicking is not really ever going to be his best attribute. Look at the shots at goal discussed regularly from other defenders this season - Zantuck, Hay & Dixon. All more experienced players than LRT - some defenders just can't kick at goal.
He's not taking contested marks but he's not giving up too many either. I'd much rather have him just spoiling at CHB than someone like Saddington going for the contested mark and getting beaten.Comment

A pretty OK game from LRT. He got lucky a couple of times playing a bit too loose defensively and his "shot" at goal was awful but he put in some hard work in the last quarter while the umpires were hammering nails into the cross. A big improvement. 3 / 10.Comment
