(Not Such A) Jolly Good Trade Coming (merged Jolly trade thread)
Where are you getting that from? Are you confusing what I am writing with what the voices in your head are telling you?
So why say that you'd choose Maguire over Hudson - when was there a case where we were choosing between them. The Swans are not considering Hudson and the Bulldogs were not considering Maguire in this discussion. So there is no case where there is a choice of Maguire over Hudson - that option does not exist. Even if it did, getting Hudson and Magquire are not mutually exclusive events - the latter would be worth more than the former, hence you could get both if you wanted to.
I know the Swans aren't considering Hudson. Sheesh!!!!
The Swans are considering Cameron Wood though. But oh wait, he's not around the 30 year old mark, so that's out of the question with some of you other Swans supporters.
Huh? I wasn't comparing them. I was saying, I would choose Maguire ahead of Hudson. duh!!! Sheesh....
I wasn't the one that brought Hudson/Swans debate in this, so why attack me? I was only talking about the Bulldogs and Hudson. If you re-read my posts.
I don't really understand why you compared Maguire and Hudson - no one mentioned Maguire on this specific issue.
Seems that you are comparing Hudson and Maguire (don't know why) and say that we should choose Maguire over Hudson (of course, but who said not to).
Let's just take it as a communication confusion and let it drop!
I might have mentioned Maguire because I rate him highly and it would be good for us to pick him up. And St.Kilda could use a ruckman like Jolly. Jolly and Maguire would be a good trade in my opinion. But hey, my opinion is different to yours, so I must be wrong.
And another thing....I got really, really, really mad when I read the newspaper report that mentioned the "cost of living in Sydney" being a problem for Mrs Jolly with a young family.
If that report is accurate I am close to hating him....more to the point I would LOVE to see him traded. I am embarrassed and ashamed to barrack for a player on $300 $400 k who would say such a thing when lots of his fans who PAY to see him play earn 15% of his wage and THEY still have to raise their families!!!
He can really, really, P*** off!!!!
Goose for Jolly ABSO-BLOOMIN-LUTELY. (Would prefer Montagna, though as a fit for our team).
Hear hear .
Now this is a thread that i would expect on the ego -centric, wank session that is redandwhiteonline.com...
But hey we're all Swans supporters, so who gives a @@@@? lol
But try talking to Collingwood supporters about them not beating Geelong. They just won't listen to logic!!!
Glad to see you had two sentences, it is almost impossible to put "logic" and "Collingwood supporter" into the one sentence. (Note, I have only been able to do it because I was quoting the two words/phrases.)
