Roos under investigation (-> Cleared)

Several reasons:
Dimwitriou and his cronies don't have anything else better to do and need to justify their salary rises.
Roosy has never taken the NAB Cup seriously and the AFL want him to take it seriously.
The AFL don't have the balls to punish Carlton after their tanking in order to gain priority picks.
Dimwitriou still has a grudge against the Swans for winning the 2005 Premiership after labelling Roos' style "ugly" earlier in the season, which prompted rule changes to hinder our style of play.
The AFL is run by Melbournians who can't stand to see Sydney have success.
The Vics think that dud players like Jude Bolton and McVeigh are great players.
The list goes on...Comment

More like laughable. Super goals being scored in the goal square after a 50 metre penalty is really thrilling. Seeing players (and goal umpires) confused after the ball rebounds back into play after hitting the post is riveting. Players shocked to hear a "play on" call after marking the ball just under 20 metres from the kick is exciting. Inconsistency in awarding 3 points for a "rushed" behind is a real spectacle..........And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. Inconsistency is hardly something new and it's never hurt the spectacle.
What ridiculous things to complain about and to suggest that the game is not watchable.Comment

According to the story on Fox Sports news, Roos says that the interchange steward misinterpreted some interplay between him and Longmire on the phone and it was something to do with McVeigh's less than perfect conversion rate at goal last season.Comment

I wouldn't have thought McVeigh needed instructions on how to bugger up a game. He does that quite nicely all by himself...And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors.
