Given that he is the most hopeless player on our list he was merely being istructed to give it off to a decent player to have a shot for gaol (LRT, the boot studder, Kenny Williams - anyone but him FFS). A McVeigh video "highlights" package shown to any inquiry should get Roosey off this crock

This is exactly what AFL now needs, after deciding to introduce a second team in Sydney, more bad publicity.

Naturally you can watch a game of football but not necessarily like it. I simply prefer normal rules. I don't get more excited if a goal is scored from outside 50 than when it is scored from inside 50 - a goal is a goal, and I will pump my fist regardless. Why should shorter players be excluded from "bonus" points for kicking goals? Very rarely do they kick goals from beyond the 50.

And you alluded to inconsistency being part of the game as per normal....well that is true, but it has never been inconsistent in awarding points to your score like it is in the circus cup. Normal rules sees either 1 point or 6 points awarded. Simple. Now we get an inconsistent interpretation on whether there was a rushed behind or not and that makes a difference between being awarded 1 point or 3. Ridiculous.

It is true that McVeigh is a @@@@ kick for goal. I wouldn't be surprised at all if the steward is a Hawthorn steward and he mistook that for a serious comment. When it was only friendly banter between Roos and McVeigh.

The AFL are scum, if they still have blood against us since 2005. Did we really hurt their feelings when we won the premiership that year? If so, that's a total pisser!!!

It's no wonder that Kevin Sheedy calls Andrew Dimwitriou "Vlad" it suits him.

What right has the AFL got, to hold back funding for the redevelopment of the SCG, and try and stop Roos from critisizing the AFL's rule changes? Isn't that blackmail?

I'm sick and tired of the AFL's ironfist rule!!! Dimwitriou and his cronies are trying to stop clubs from stop critisizing everything they do, and just pour heaps of praise on them.

Lets not forget this clown is going to construct an AFL club out in Sydney's west and have it up and running in three years whilst victimizing a local hero Roosey. He's a dead set genius.

Exactly! I'm sick of that too, with any of our players, present or past.

Just because they play/have played for us doesn't mean everyone has to like them.

As long as the criticism is justified (ie Which it is for The 'fab trio', Mathews, Bevo and McVeigh.), it's lot more interesting than reading one eyed diatribe.
