Also, does it not worry anyone that Roosy is more excited about NoG getting some dodgy touches than unearthing some exciting avenues to goal in the form of Vez and Bulldog?

To me, this is how he reacted when Davis kicked 4 in a final quarter on the road to a flag.

I think it's unhealthy to indulge lairs and selfishness, however when quality talent comes along, I think it is healthy to encourage it and help it develop. Swans coaching staff needs to keep it balanced.

IMO, part of Nick Davis' issues stem from a lack of acknowledgment that he has great natural talent and has a license to use it on the field.

I swear, has anyone taken the pulse of Friar Roos lately...publicly, he's barely there sometimes.

Nicely done. But I was thinking more along the lines of vespa (I think they're Italian?)

Malcolm Blight somehow managed to steal 2 premierships (among other things)by playing players in form and creative coaching moves.Dropping star full forward Modra playing Ellen(who was he? ) at Full forward switching Jarman there etc etc.Pick players on past reputation not form and you will lose. The old interstate games proved this maxim beyond doubt. The state sides picked on form did very well.

Blight is another imposter. He had an outstanding midfield, and told Ellem to get in front. As for Jars even Wallsy and Mathews could coach him to a grand final win. The players won those grand finals. Blight has to be the most air headed commentator on the box and that saying something.

Maybe Veszpremi should be called The Princess (there was a Princess Vespa in Spaceballs)

I think Ablett will be the only player to be dropped, ROK and Goodes will come back in, we'll have a 5 man bench, and we'll sneak an extra player onto the field at opportune moments.

                        How about halfkingearly?
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

From the latest articles on the Swans website I doubt that Vespremi will play. Things like "no certainty to be picked" , "even if he doesn't play he will be part of the final's atmosphere" etc.
