Good thing that it is the AFL that is losing the money and not the club. Pity people are not interested it doesn't feel like a final. God I hope we win.

I'll be ashamed of my fellow Sydney based supporters if we dont get more than 25,000.

An alternative that hasn't been discussed is that many people are struggling financially at the moment.

Home and Away season is pre-paid but when you don't have much money to spare and you think that who ever wins tomorrow night will get done next week or the following week thrashed by Geelong, the option of watching it on telly becomes very palatable.

Add the poor weather and you get 25,000.

So you're saying that because you dont think we'll get past Geelong in a PF, there's no point in botherring to attend any preceding finals? That kind of attitude has me wondering whether I should move to Melbourne to live.

            There there.

I have a spare lamp shade you can pick up on your way to the game. (Hint: to wear on your head).

Did you read my thread? It has to do with money.

Now I definately know you're from Woy Woy.

You wont pay to go to a Swans home final but you think you're superior to people who live in Woy Woy? Not that I live in Woy Woy myself.

truthfully I can't afford to fly or drive me and 2 kids to Sydney for the game. TV is the only option for me.

I was being critical of Sydney based supporters who dont go.

Hey maybe Sydney based supporters can't afford the tickets either. Tickets themselves are expensive even if you don't have travel and accommodation to consider.

That's ridiculous. Do you really believe that only some 16,000 odd Sydney based supporters plus a few non Sydney can afford to buy tickets? Are you saying that you think that Swans supporters in Sydney have so much less disposable income to spend on AFL finals than Dogs or Hawks supporters?

all the numbers in the lead up to the game are irrelevant -

let's make judgements when the official crowd numbers are up tomorrow night .... then we can bash the sydneysiders who didn't attend!!
