Why do you want to seat in 129. Isn't that the North supporters area?

Who cares? As long as they are pumping money into the club and cheering on the red and white, it can't be a bad thing. Better than an empty stadium.Comment

When I go to Melbourne, I always head for the top levels of the MCG and TelstraDome, just my preference. Obviously would prefer the corporate levels, but I prefer higher rather than ground level.Driver of the Dan Hannebery bandwagon....all aboard. 4th April 09Comment

Yeah Annie, I prefer to be elevated. Level 4 seems a good height and as I haven't sat there before I want to try it.

Ugg, Aisle 129 full of Norfs fans????
Behind the Swans bench????
(Assuming of course that because it's our home ground we get our "home" rooms.)Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

Big Bad, if yoou don't mind the death spirals, the front rows in level six are actually pretty good viewing, esp for you as you like it high. Level 4 at Stad Oz is like stepping into another world. As well as a great view, the foyer is carpeted and there are nice lounge chairs to sit in while you enjoy that flat plastic cup schooner of Tooheys. Beats the hell out of the Brewery for the pre game drink!Pay peanuts get monkeysComment

When I bought my tix, the girl at Penrith was good enough to swing her monitor around so I could see. Sections 405 to 408 were blacked out and unavailable, presumably reserved by the AFL and the Swans club for AFL heavyweights, sponsors, corporates, premium members (Sydneysiders, Redbacks) etc etc. I would not hold my breath waiting for them to released.Pay peanuts get monkeysComment

Don't forget that ANZ Stadium members (and their four friends) have to sit somewhere.Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

Logged on all night online and it was always Section 402 for premium.
Ended up ringing Ticketek at 09:05, got straight thru and jagged Section 410, Row 2. Woohoo, very happy with that although I would have preferred closer to centre wing.
Emailed my fellow watchers with the good news.
All was good until I just logged on 10 minutes ago and they're selling 409, Row 1
No more logging in and looking, just not worth putting myself thru the agony, as if following the Swans isn't enough agony already.Driver of the Dan Hannebery bandwagon....all aboard. 4th April 09Comment

North struggled to pull 20,000 to a home final not so long ago. Apparently they don't even have a dozen supporters willing to travel interstate for a final and take up the best seats in the house.
The North Melbourne footy club is a miniscule suburban club that has no place in an elite national league. When is the AFL going to wake up to itself and send North to the VFL where it belongsPay peanuts get monkeysComment

Yep, total BS.
Just checked for you ORB, currently selling 409 Row 4
I'll be keeping it in mind for future years.
As Industrial/MMG said, wait a few days and the good seats will come on line. With NO chance of a sellout, there is no need to jump in and get pre-sale tix for members only when they fill up the ends to members, who are always going to attend regardless, and keep the good seats to entice Joe Public to put his hand in his kick and front up when he's undecided.Driver of the Dan Hannebery bandwagon....all aboard. 4th April 09Comment
