Well, if we've sold about 33,000 tickets so far - if that's what the pax number means - it does bode well for a healthy crowd on Sunday. We'll have to see how many tickets get sold tomorrow and Friday, then add to that ANZ Stadium members and their guests, plus casual sales on the day. Fingers crossed the sales keep coming.

Someone ages back mentioned that there should be some TV advertising happening...so letting you know that I heard a TV ad this morning. I was in the other room so I didn't actually see it, but heard it something like "...get behind our Swans in the finals."
Anybody else seen or heard it?
in Sydney, that is.

Oh and the weather forecast has been updated for Sunday to sunny. Gee it would be great to see a massive crowd on a sunny afternoon at ANZ. Hope the PAX numbers are correct as we seem to be doing well in ticket sales.Comment

Great news about the weather forecast! I can get a little surly when sitting in the rain. This releases one bit of dread from my otherwise-anticipatory mood. Now if only the commute to/from ANZ magically shortens and simplifies (whinge whinge whinge) ...Comment

Bay 118 is behind our Cheer Squad. That, and the equivalent bay the other end, are the only seats sold at that priceComment

Hmmm-I bought three tickets in section 118-2 row 34 and I paid $65 each...Comment

It's very hard to live in a studio apartment in San Jose with a man who's learning to play violin. That's what she told the police when she handed them the empty revolver.

Yeah saw the ad on Channel 10 last night. It's on the Swans website too:

Hey ... the Bluebags have never played at Stadium Australia (or Telstra or ANZ) have they?
I think we've definately got an advantage there.Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.Comment

In 2003 on the 29th March we pumped them 147-72. Brownlow votes - 3:Paul Williams (SY) 2:Adam Goodes (SY) 1:Adam Schneider (SY) - Schneids was 18 and it was his debut. Not bad. Brett Ratten was in the Carlton side and Fev at the age of 22 booted 2 goals 5. It was also Jarrad Waite's debut.
Long time ago. It's definitely an advantage.

Occupational hazards:
I don't eat animals since discovering this ability. I used to. But one day the lamb I was eating came through to me and ever since then I haven't been able to eat meat.Comment
