Wallace was absolutely right....just from memory - Willoughby, O'Keefe, Brabazon, Laidlaw and the other one from that draft, Meredith, Simpkin, Phillips, Currie, Faulks, Eriksen, Davis, Vezpremi....and that's just the ones I can remember who were on the main list. 2009 was Rohan and Jetta then Lamb (??) Johnson, Reid and Parker. Did we change recruiting managers?

Wasn't there a switch from Rick Barham to Kinear Beatson around that time?

As an aside, the 2009 draft was a watershed moment for us, and hopefully in time will be comparable to Geelongs 2001 crop.
