Well, we might as well start planning for round one of the season because our NAB Cup ends on Friday night. I don't mean to sound negative but I just don't see us beating the Pies.

        Sounds realistic to me!

As much as I'd like to beat the pies. I'm not sure it will happen this Friday.

          Well I'm positive.

I'm positive we'll get beat and being a pre season game I won't lose a wink of sleep because of it.
..And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. Sydney the 2012 Premiers - Gerard Whately ABC

Me too Al, lose this one, win the important one in June.
Well, that's what I'm hoping for anyway!

If Gold Coast Suns can beat us at in their first AFL match ever then surely... never mind.

I would be happy either with this, or with us winning both!

I wouldnt go if I got a free ticket, even though its only the NAB Cup....I gave up on going to games against collingwood in 2008 when we played them at etihad and I left at half time, it was just unbearable and their supporters, well say no more.

Ahhh.... soak up the pain now. It will make beating them so much sweeter when it eventually happens. I'd hate it if we won Friday night and I wasn't there.

If we keep it under a 5 goal loss it'll be a success in my eyes.

                              I'm tipping we'll win.

                              Why?

Becuase all my good Collingwood friends will go "it does not count, its pre season"

                              Thats our luck.

The way I see it we have nothing to lose. Get to play a good opponent in Melbourne. Great chance for the young guys to impress and stick their hand up for the coming season.
