I reckon Henry must chair the selection committee because he has kept his best players for a hard 2's match against Brisbane and left the soft players in the 1's. On a wet track I would be looking at the stronger players like Bevan, Moore and what more has Gordon to do get a look in. That HF line as named stinks but of course they won't line up like that. I wonder what Jetta will take for those photos. The Bloods are now the Swansdowns.

I don't mean to slander anyone but it must be seriously disheartening to players trying to break in to the side when consistent non-performers are seemingly kept in the side "on spec" that they might turn their form around in the senior side. It must also discourage the senior players that have to carry these passengers. We have them where we want them, everything is going according to plan!Comment

Somehow I don't feel heartened by these stats from Longmire interview today:
We've won two of our past eight games at Homebush.
We've kicked more goals than behinds in just seven out of 19 games this year.

Hmm thought one of Parker or Meredith would have kept their spot. Parker did nothing wrong when he came on in the last and did more than 3/4 of the team, at least he was having a crack unlike some others. Meredith is pretty unlucky, come back for one game then dropped. Pretty harsh outs but yay for Rohan!I See It But I Don't Believe It!!!!Comment

Typically 2 players who didn't deserve to get dropped, get dropped. Parker was one of our 3 best players last week and Meredith did some very good things and deserves the chance to get to grips with the pace of the ones. He could possibly be an important player in our next premiership team.. Give the guy a decent chance!!! Mattner and Jetta must be amazed that these clowns keep selecting them! And McGlynn might need a message sent after several quiet games and some truly terrible forward defending....and Bolton was terrible (apparently because of an injury) so could do with a rest.
I don't know, I homnestly don't :-)"I'll acknowledge there are more talented teams in the competition but I won't acknowledge that there is a better team in the competition" Paul Roos March 2005Comment

Are the selectors stupid or ignorant? How the hell can ANYONE in their right min, drop Parker, who has been one of the few decent players over the last couple of horrible games, yet keep JETTA, who is weak as p*ss, with little to no skill and plays selfish football. Not to mention that it's forecast for rain, so a skinny little guy with zero muscle, is going to be even more useless than he normally is. @@@@@@ing beyond me.Comment

I think the only reasonably conclusion here is, the selectors are taking bribes from the opposition to play the worst team we can muster up.Comment
