It wouldn't be a great loss at all - although he's promising, so are a lot of players with 1 AFL game under his belt. Of course the 2 clubs should just do the swap Sumner<->Armstrong, otherwise both would probably just get picked up thru either draft by each club. Therefore I can't see either club sweating on doing a deal this week....Comment

TWR has the Crows list manager - David Noble on and he hasn't said anything about Armstrong. Just mentioned that they traded away their first draft pick to GWS for a 17 yr old (Crouch).
Didn't mention any of the Crows other trades either. So nothing more to report there except that he hinted as he closed off he said he would probably be back in contact with them before end of trade week.
GWS have in the National Draft 12 of the first 14.In memory of my little Staffy - Dicey, 17.06.2005 to 1.12.2011- I'll miss you mate.Comment

Agree, nothing in Damien's post at all. I thought it was obvious they'd likely have trouble keeping all their stars (if they turn out to be stars) on their list in a few years time, but it certainly brought out the GWS white knights.Comment

After surviving heart attack and denial scream, Sam Reid is the dog Sam Reid who is going to GWS.
Problem.
Two Sam Reids in Sydney.
Proposed name for our Sam, to distinguish and extinguish anguish, can we now call him Buckets Reid (the boys do)? Or something interesting? If you've never jumped from one couch to the other to save yourself from lava then you didn't have a childhoodComment

Did you miss reading these threads over the last few weeks? It's all been discussed before so you're not bringing up anything new.
Yes there are quite a few on here that are prepared to support the Swans and GWS at the same time. History now.In memory of my little Staffy - Dicey, 17.06.2005 to 1.12.2011- I'll miss you mate.Comment

Not sure what else you're talking about?Comment

Yeah i was thinkin that too, it would be nice to trade into the first round of the draft, but i dont know if we have the players to offer to entice them to give up a 1st round pick. On the other hand, they do have that many, it would be the neighbourly thing to do to share .........Comment
