LRT is on 149. The Freo game will be his 150th.

With Pyke and Spang injured, he'll be playing.

... with his non-preferred, with one boot missing, with his vision impaired from an earlier head clash.

Big Al, I'm in danger of getting a mancrush. Your posts always make me laugh. While I'm at it, I miss the old "I beat anorexia" photo ... any chance of an encore??

Why do I have a mental image of Mike Munro knocking on my door.

LRT will not be able to handle a 211cm and a 202cm ruckman. His max is about 199 and even then it is obvious he is no ruckman. These guys are monsters and he won't have a chance and will get slaughtered and that is not good for a footballer's psyche. Seabs must play and he can also take the resting ruck in the backs if needed, he has done so for WC.

+1. I'm a fan of picking some individuals to suit the opposition. I'd like to see Seaby have a crack at Freo - from memory his last game for us in 2011 was three Charlies... He can't be less effective than LRT up front.

With Grundy, Ted and LRT down back would we ever be brave enough to try AJ up forward? I'd really like to see it, but doubt Longmire would even consider it.

I played with johno for 5 years at hawthorn citz his junior club, and he played forward for all those years and was brilliant, my dad always questions why horse plays him in the backline because he was so good as a junior for our club..killed every game
LRT. Lord Roberts-Thompson. He may look like the Munster, but looks can be deceiving.

It is one of the most difficult thing a club does to have an old warhorse like LRT and drop him to the reserves. Will be interesting to see how Horse deals with it
