Galbally: Both of those players made a choice to approach the ball in almost the same manner. And Goodes' legs are not out in front, it is Surjan who has the legs out in front. We say in those circumstances he is not guilty of misconduct.

The most hilarious thing is that when players make an intentional, bruising (but not head high contact) contest without going for the ball its deemed fair play. Next time somebody gets bumped off the ball I hope the MRP is dragging their ass becasue they neglected their 'duty of care'.
