We're two years into the four year lucrative contract.. I loved the move, but I think he needs to step up if he wants a contract renewal slid his way over the boardroom table. 2015 is a big year for him.

If Nank can continue to improve I see him being Tipp's long term replacement and IMO, Tipp will get a drastically reduced contract tabled to him.
