Oh gawd, yes I just read this on Swans site:
"Sydney Swans forward Kurt Tippett remains on track to play in round one of the premiership season, despite sustaining an injury to his right tibia/fibula joint during last Friday?s intra-club match at Marrickville.
The injury is unrelated to Tippett?s previous left knee issues and is expected to sideline him for 3-4 weeks."
So no more training a cohesive forward line. Damn, damn, damn!Comment

As Flying South stated in another thread "What is up with you JPK12? You are being antagonistic, argumentative, belligerent, combative, contentious, contrary, controversial, disagreeable, petulant and querulous (I couldn't make up my mind which to description to use) with virtually every post and thread on RWO. An internet forum can be a very enjoyable experience if approached with the right attitude, behavior and knowledge. You seem to be missing the right attitude and some may question your behaviour. Just as in life, if you're respectful to older members, you will earn some respect yourself in due time." sums up quite a lot of JPK12 attitude.
You have always been a very passionate supporter who has attended many club sponsored functions. How many has the young whippersnapper been too? Like Liz, Meg, Erica, Primmy, AnneW I always respect your views and passion. You have been a RWO member since 2006 with 9,000 posts as compared to October 2014 and 208 posts and no need to tell you who I respect more.Cheers.Comment

Far be it from me to keep this thread going eternally...
DID TIPOFF GET INJURED AGAIN????
Wow.
Didn't see that coming.Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.Comment

How much longer has Tissuett got on his contract?
Does it expire the end of this year or next year?
If this injury run continues, surely the club will strongly consider letting him go - the money could be well spent elsewhere on the team (ruck and KPD being no 1 priorities I would of thought)."You get the feeling that like Monty Python's Black Knight, the Swans would regard amputation as merely a flesh wound."Comment

If I recall correctly - and I could be wrong - Tippett was given a two year contract, with an extension clause for which to automatically activate, he had to play a certain number of games in each of those seasons, which in turn was automatically voided when he was suspended for 11 weeks. If that's right, his contract would have come up at the end of last year, and potentially renegotiated? How much longer has Tissuett got on his contract?

Every injury is unrelated to the last.
