Awesome night at australias home ground. ground was in tip top condition and the open spaces made for excellent footy. The ANZ members area was chokers, they even opened up level 6. Poor showing by swans members As usual. They let the swans down again with their fickle support. Did even 10,000 bother?.

probably the biggest non-swans-member crowd weve seen at any venue this year. Just shows there is a thirst for AFL in the west and the swans are handing it to the giants on a platter. And arent the giants ready.
Ive said before this retreat from the west will hurt the swans long term. Within 5 years that the giants will be getting bigger crowds.Comment

Must admit, thought the surface looked pretty good on TV last night.Twitter @cmdil

I don't mind ANZ. I park a bit away from it, take my bicycle to the ground .
However, there is nowhere to lock your bike up, last night locked it to a portable fence , came out , the fence and my bike gone.
Found fence and bike in a different place.
ANZ , could you please instal some bike racks.Comment

Tip top condition was what we had for the prelim last season. Ill admit the ground surface was better than it usually is, but it was nowhere near 'tip top'. Look at the mcg, that is what tip top is, week in week out.
For someone that has enough interest in the team to regularly post on a team specific forum, you stick the boot into the members pretty regularly. At least they put their dollars into the club by being members.... i ask again barry are you a swans member as well as an anz member? I wont hold my breath waiting for an answer on that one."You get the feeling that like Monty Python's Black Knight, the Swans would regard amputation as merely a flesh wound."Comment

What, because he told the truth? He was sitting in Aisle 429 and his estimate when I asked was that the Members on that level was half full. Which looking up from the Red zone looked a pretty good estimate to me..... far from your 'chokers' as you suggested.
You come on here, have a go at Swans Members without fail for not turning up after every match played at ANZ - but you rarely if ever seem to go to a swans game if it isn't at ANZ, and aren't a Swans member yourself.......
There is something about a pot and the colour black, can't quite remember what it is.Last edited by mcs; 17 May 2015, 02:31 PM."You get the feeling that like Monty Python's Black Knight, the Swans would regard amputation as merely a flesh wound."Comment
