Which makes me wonder how he can call it 'grovelling'.....he's just biting back because he knows he isn't going to come out of this looking good. Weird how bigots 'double down' and just make themselves look even more stupid.....because they actually are.Comment

Yes, he makes some good points but it largely appears to be another envy driven 'rugby league is better than AFL' argument.....which is typical of Masters. He could be accused here of taking advantage of an embarrassing period for the AFL to perform some 'NRL one up man-ship'.....but the AFL do need to be publicly embarrassed on this subject.
I’m actually surprised he still has a job after some comments he said on Offsiders earlier in the year where he basically associated domestic violence with an ethnic culture. Didn’t hear a thing about it afterwards, but I was gobsmacked at the time.Comment

No need to be defensive about performance of AFL management. Rugby League has many problems but they have done a better job than AFL with indigenous issues and they don't big note about it like AFL. Handled the non singing of the national anthem by some indigenous players with aplomb and the crowds accepted it. pretty sure there would be some uproar down here.Comment

This article is well written and paints a clear picture of the arrogance and phoney nature of the AFL administration. Melbourne AFL media bow down by and large.Comment

I didn't realise that the Western Bulldogs had released a press statement about The Final Quarter and racism in general over the weekend:

Partially true, but that's his job and he's always been pro NRL. It's very similar to reporters writing for Victorian papers who are biased towards the Victorian clubs. They're writing to their market. That's the way it works.Comment

Again here is someone that just doesn't get it. And who is actually the real victim? Plus the girl is no longer 13...she is a 19 year old adult.Comment
