General footy chat #AFL Round 20 Weekly Discussion Thread

Probably easier to sum up this rounds games by saying tonight and tomorrow offer competitive games but Sunday, plan to do something else.....

Tonight Geelong were giving it a good shot then the Tigers kicked into gear for three straight.....up by 19 pts mid third. 46 to 24 inside fifty's, Richmond should be further ahead.

Free kick count was interesting at half time 14-7 in Cats favour..... now 14-11. The square up is on........

Enjoyable game. Geelong play with guts. Ablett muffed a chance to win it. Tim Kelly is an absolute gun. Anyway, good for us.

Agree about Kelly. Reckon 18 clubs will be trying to find another one in this year's draft.

Reckon Ablett would have nailed that every day in his prime

Good Friday game, enjoyable as a neutral.

I'm interested to see how Aiden Bonar goes this weekend for GWS. I think we might have taken him ahead of Ling if GWS had let him slip.

Clarkson might be a ruthless @@@@@ and not a very nice human being but geez he's a good coach, possibly the best ever.

.....make that 3, 4, 3 and 3. Amazing round so far. I'd take a three point win tonight although I'm not sure about my nerves!

Some 30% off with your wish. How were your nerves?

3, 4, 3, 3, 2 and I got most of them wrong in my footy tipping to get knocked out of first place, not happy!

                      Fantastic weekend for the AFL.

3rd spot opened up for GWS if they can beat their reject team today

Beat them by over 100pts with 4 injuries on the bench and playing only 16 men on the field for the last half whilst two were resting. 16 tired men beat 18, wow!

I hate to say it, but it will potentially help our chances that Toby Greene did his hammy and Dawson Simpson his ankle.

Gws have been a different team since Greene came back from injury. Definitely helps our chances that he’s done his hammy.

If they keep their team on the park they’re definitely one that can challenge for the flag this year.
