Can North actually make an offer to another teams contracted coach in-season?
Certainly if the coach accepted it'd raise huge conflict of interest issues, and he should stand down.
All of which means that North can't have made an official offer, and the Swans would like to see what the offer is - rather than joining in a secret auction.
FWIW If he does go, Rhyce seems to be doing a Roos like job at the Kangaroos, which to my mind makes him a very plausible replacement.
