So here is my question re Lachie Neale ; Is he an essential worker? if not, he shouldn't be allowed to enter WA.
On this point, I am going to contact Gladys later today and insist she passes a new law through state parliament giving the Swans
the absolute power to declare certain players "essential workers in Paddington" which will make it impossible for them to be traded
or to leave the club. I'm looking at you, Luke Parker and Jordan Dawson.Comment

Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.Comment

Hello doubters and believers of click bait journo's.
Weren't we offering 2 years x $500k just days ago according to the the trash footy journos?
So how much BS were all those ramblings when Parker has proudly announced four years, and it won't be at $500k/year.
Please don't believe the footy press, we know they make stuff up, blow things out of proportion, regurgitate BF rumours. The club will re-sign all the players it sees as critical for our march up the ladder. Luke Parker signed, now for the others once TPP becomes clear
Well I wonder what Tom Morris (is that his name?) will have to say about this on AFL Tonight after he was peddling the 2 x$500k rumour hard just days ago?Last edited by 707; 8 September 2021, 12:37 PM.Comment

You little beauty.
And by the way, to every media goon who said we were offering $550K for two years - go dunk your head in the toilet and flush again and again and again.'Delicious' is a fun word to sayComment

I got the Luke Parker text & email as well. Great news!!!
Few days ago an excited Saints fan rang SEN to say he noticed on the weekend a Luke Parker having bought property in Highett (adjacent suburb to Moorabbin, Saints home base) & convinced he was coming there way. Dwayne Russell told him how do you know if it's the Swans Luke Parker???? Could be any Luke Parker!!!!Comment

Great that Parker has signed and will be a one club player. Deserves nothing less.
Now onto Dawson and then hopefully we can free up enough cash to keep George.Comment

AFL report on Parker signing uses interesting verb in relation to Dawson . It says Swans will now turn their attention to FINALISING the Dawson deal. That would imply that it’s done in principle. (But of course I may have far too much faith in the inside knowledge of footy scribes or their grasp of the niceties of the English language.)Those who have the greatest power to hurt us are those we love.Comment
