OK guys - it seems that no matter how long this goes back and forth for, Bloods and barry will never agree about LRT. So instead of the pointless arguments to and fro, let's TRY to keep the thread roughly on topic.

If LRT doesn't follow his man when Carlton are flooding doesn't meant LRT is no longer on/responsible for Waite.
When the opponents are flooding, the backmen have to work out when to make themselves a target in the F50 and when to stay out so they don't crowd it.
If Waite is in the backline or midfield because he has come up the ground, that in no way invalidates the view that LRT was playing on him for the first three quarters.
There may be plenty of rotations and switches in modern football, but it is still 18 on 18, and everyone still needs to be responsible for an opponent.Comment
