whats disgusting is you bunch of so called supporters.
I dont defend what he did and he should get 3-4, he wasn't even looking at him when he threw it. however you can clearly see him looking at the umpire, with staker holding grabbing all over him, i totally blame the umpires with the frustration that has caused him to snap. Week after week he cops more than he gives with no reward and he does his best to keep cool and to his credit its been how many years you lot...5. since his last major indiscretion..
You all applauded him etc in 2005 now you are all over him...shame shame shame you so called supporters...
i am still surprised no one has mentioned glass pushing Hall near the boundary, which i believe caused him his collision into the fence. Even the commentators clearly missed it..did anyone else see it. surely not i called it even before he hit the fence.
he will be missed, but we have the additonal fire power and structure to make up for his absence and we will give the cats a run, as long as we attack that is the key, only shut down if we need to...Comment

His time off for his injury will outlast his suspension.
Silly, silly boy blind barry.Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

Given that Davis gets 3 weeks in the 2's (more if Hall wasn't out) for not playing to team expectations how many games in the 2's will Hall have to play before he can get back in the team? He was still carrying on like a tool for the rest of the game.
Mind you it was no way a king hit. He threw his arm without looking where it was going to hit.Comment

What? We aren't allowed to express our opinion that a so called "team leader" let him team down in the worse why possible. That a "team leader" punched another player square in the jaw. How can you or I or anyone defend that?
It was uncalled for and quite rightly fans of this club have a right to upset with one of our "team leaders". I know I think its the lowest act I've seen on the football field in my time watching football. If Hall was the player on the receiving end of the punch everyone on here would be crying Blue Murder and hence therefore, we are correct when we call out Barry Hall for his actions tonight.
I dont defend what he did and he should get 3-4, he wasn't even looking at him when he threw it. however you can clearly see him looking at the umpire, with staker holding grabbing all over him, i totally blame the umpires with the frustration that has caused him to snap.
Face the simple fact that
a) the umpire was close to the incident and saw nothing Staker was doing was against the rules and most important of all
b) Barry Hall made up his OWN MIND to roll up his fist and throw the punch.
He knew the umpire wasn't going to pay him a free kick and he knew what he was doing and where it was headed when he swung his arm towards Staker. So the "wasn't looking" and "blame the umpires" cards are thrown out the window.
Week after week he cops more than he gives with no reward and he does his best to keep cool and to his credit its been how many years you lot...5. since his last major indiscretion..
Sounds like a logical idea
Regardless of how good on the field he has been at keeping his cool, it doesn't hide the fact that he still punched someone and is going to be out for 4-6 weeks because of it. He could be a Saint for all I care, it doesn't excuse punching someone in the jaw.

It was an idiotic and cowardly act by Hall. What is more idiotic is that some Swans supporters around me were cheering the hit from Hall. Supporters like this are not needed by the club...And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style.
