I hate this notion of a 'fair trade' - granted we are a club that generally has tried to do the right thing to other clubs,.

Is that true? I find it hard to believe we are the benevolent trader of the AFL.

I think its more likely that we have had very few stars who have wanted to come to sydney, therefore very few chances to be on the positive side of a trade. Nick Davis is the last one I could remember, and he wasnt exactly a star back then.

IF there is a 3pm announcement even the comments post this will likely see this thread fall short of the record number of posts. That is unless we keep this going throughout his whole career with the Swans. Would be great for Kurt to kick a bagful in the first round so we start the season off on top of the ladder. We have a lot of players like Parker at the moment. I love him as a player but we need room for Lamb and Mitchell to get a chance. Parker for Tippett is a truly fair trade. We won't be happy and neither will the Crows fans.

I can't imagine Parker being traded. He is a gun. Probably just another rumour.
