SEN suggesting that we may have had an agreement to let him stay in Melbourne if a Melbourne club bid, or take him if an interstate club bid on him - in some ways, such an arrangement makes some sense.

While he may turn out to be an outstanding footballer, it is the one part of the ground where we are well served already, and may let us fill another need later on in the draft. Still a strange thing in the end.
