I'd be OK with that. Towers went pretty well in finals last year as I recall, one of the best in fact.
In some ways I don't care who plays just so long as the entire team is on their game, as finals requires. Hate to single out...but Rohan, for example, was just shocking vs GWS.
We normally bounce back after a bad one, let's hope that's how it goes this time.Comment

To paraphrase one of the most prolific RWO posters of the modern era ...
Have the some members of RWO forgotten they have a sudden death final this weekend? Forget about ANZ ffs.

I was there - as can be easily construed by my comments in the thread talking about purchasing tickets and using the cat 3 non-alcohol zone ticket selection, plus my number of posts in the match day thread.
So will you be there on Saturday night Barry - that is my question...
As for the crowd on Saturday night, who knows. 40K would be my guessLast edited by mcs; 14 September 2016, 09:04 PM."You get the feeling that like Monty Python's Black Knight, the Swans would regard amputation as merely a flesh wound."Comment

As much as I like Rohan - he still frustrates me no end. Far too many 'anonymous' performances for the handful where he makes you stand up and say 'here we go he has finally clicked'. Just feels like a player that will have his good days, but too many times is just not out there. I still blame Lindsay Thomas for it all - if he hadn't of had that awful injury, I have no doubt he'd be the superstar that his talent suggests he will be.I'd be OK with that. I wasn't too impressed by Towers in the NEAFL grand final - but I wouldn't be unhappy to see him replace McGlynn either. With Jones out of the picture, and them not likely to play Newman or Foote (Who on the weekend showed plenty from the seniors what we need to see on Saturday), he is probably the next pick.
I like Rose as well, but he still drifts in and out of games. To me Rose and Papley are probably fighting for one spot in 2017 in the 22 - Papley the more natural small crumbing forward, but Rose giving a bit more flexibility further up the ground (In a Mcglynn style of role)."You get the feeling that like Monty Python's Black Knight, the Swans would regard amputation as merely a flesh wound."Comment

Just as you have posted more than once in another thread about moving on from the GWS game and focusing on the Crows. Time for you to move on from ANZ and focus on the SCG.Swannies for life!Comment
