I would take be in the finals year after year any day of the week.......being in the finals gives u a chance......not being in the finals gives u no chance

Look at us in 2016 we limped in with so many I juries and lost to the dogs who picked up a chicken roast for free!!

Be in the finals and u never know ur luck

That pretty much hits the nail on the head. It ain’t just some of us RWO’ers who think this deal sucks (for us), it’s obviously a sub par deal, especially considering we held the cards.

Port fans would be pissing themselves!

Moving on as the deal is done. Hickey is a much better tap and around the round player than what we have. As someone else said, when Naismith played for the few games, our centre clearances improved dramatically. Sinclair will struggle to get a game as we won't play Reid and Sinclair in the forward line together. But it will be good to have some depth. Unfortunately I don't think Naismith will be back. We now go to draft and get a great pick at 3 as well as the academy boys. Plus sign Paddy McCartin. Sad to see AA go but we have to move on

Gardners statement is ridiculous saying he would have "loved to have him stay".
We marched him and will look stupid for this deal going forward.

Im done with KB and SD and terrified what these 2 could do tomorrow.

They wont get any kudos for 2 academy kids and a pick 3.
You can only screw up a pick 3, getting a good player is a no brainer
