Chad wasnt helped by Mills going spare man defence.

As a coaching group, your go to move cant be to put your best midfielder spare man in defence, id prefer to lose by 10 goals

Imagine Dusty, fyfe, bont etc etc doing that dumb sh8t......a bit to look at in that coachimg box

Im not a negative person believe it or not , so i look for the positives . Chad tried hard and made things happen . He wasnt perfect , big deal . He did his best on a day when few others did , thats a pass . Sorry
All 3 of whom were mostly ‘ineffective’ today, but all were above the Chad. Just my opinion. Sorry.

One instance mentioned of 'flat footedness' and you take it as meaning Chad is always flat footed? Wow.

        I rest my case.

So does RB when he's being in your words, 'a dud'.....so he deserves no less respect.....and he just keeps getting selected.

BTW, Chad is allowed to be criticised.

He is, and you’d rather him take the game on.

But if there was a small critique in his game it’s the fine balance between going for it and knowing you’re cornered. Today he got it wrong. He’s done it once or twice before. He’s young and a quick learner, and we want him to be exceptional, so he’ll sort it out. He’s got a lot better at defensive stoppages, this is another small thing to learn.

We just didn’t have the fight required to win the game.
I think that is the hardest thing about today’s effort - or lack-thereof. You could tell we were gone by half time. It’s rare that I give up on this team so early in a game, but we had nothing. And things only got worse.

There’s gonna be days where things just don’t go your way, but the mental side of how we went about it today was a major worry.

Today was really unexplainable to be honest with so much on the line against a team that is floundering and depleted.

Baffling stuff to just let a top 4 chance slip by (not that i think we would do much this season)

Ladhams shouldn’t play again this year. Aside from his brain explosions, he was beaten by a first gamer, and two non ruckmen. Sinclair should play before him.

Rampe needs to find some form. Florent as well. Both I thought were poor today.

It is a joke that Campbell was sitting on the bench as sub. Must play next week.

                        A coaching perspective

Should have played 2 rucks and dominated them.

Ramps needs to be the lose man or 3rd man or play on the run off HBF, too old too slow too many dumb frees playing the big guys nowadays.

Ollie not sure the issue, too experienced to be having games like that. Healy said he was more midfield

Campbell selection is utter stupidity, 2nd year and played 1 full game of 2s in a month. Look at Stephens, play them into form, relevance or play them into extinction. Wasted a top 5 Pick, cant do that again and yes i dont care about the pick in the 20s that looks good, Top 5 players win finals

Definitely agree about Rampe in terms of the role he should play per say. While the two Big Macs have in general been great for most of the year (with some ups and downs along the away of course), I feel like the rest of our defensive unit has felt unsettled at different times per say.

Danzar, we’ve by and large accepted TB as he is- a passionate supporter with a twist. Don’t take all his comments to heart- most of us don’t- so we can then stir him a bit. You obviously take him seriously, hence your outburst!????
