I think the Hawks would be prepared to let DGB go, but that’s because they don’t think he’s cut out to be a KPD. We’d have to be convinced they were wrong about that (although a similar argument applies with McKay, as Liz has pointed out)
What North Melbourne have to offer in trade (apart from players): picks 2, 16, 39, 53, 59 plus all their future picks
They'll try to offer pick 39 (it won't be enough) and would reject pick 16. Would North's future second-round pick get the deal done? Clubs may be trying to trade out of this draft so later picks this year are not as valuable. See this article for details: Blues trio in talks, top draft prospect ready to move, Lion signs new deal, under "Trade Trouble" where it's stated that picks after the top 30 are seen as less valuable this year.

On that one I'm just going to say two words....Caleb Serong.
Followed by three more words.....monumental balls up.
The worst part isnt Serong going on the be a star its Serong was a mad Swans Supporter
As good as some of KB picks have been, if a kid is Top 10 rated and supports our interstate club, i really hope we dont try to look for something that isnt there.
Happy to trade out our top pick, Sheldrick and Konstanty need to get on the park before we worry about another one
