Really happy with those picks and reckon they could both play senior footy this year with a bit of luck!

Looking like we are a lot deeper now in KPP!

Great work Kinnear and team, not often we actually select the player I'm hoping for! (Buller).

Jack Buller has a calf injury, so goes straight to our injury list and into rehap where he can get acquainted with is new KPP teammates. What a lovely story. It almost brought me to tears.

Both seem sensible selections. Arnold ready to push for AFL right away (and Brisbane has been a good developing ground for good but defenders - let's hope he is Craig Bolton MK 2) and a forward that could be a long term successor to Reid, while adding to the WA expat team and at the right age profile for our younger group. Sounds like Buller knows how to get around the ground and get possessions too, which is a good sign.

Who knows if they'll prove any good - but both look eminently sensible selections.

Usually calf injuries are not long term. Both look OK in highlights with Arnold taking some impressive overhead marks. Both worth the gamble.

Unless he had a recurrence on the weekend, Buller's calf injury was earlier this year.

Excellent choices. Kinnear said both could well play seniors soon if they settle in and do well.

Glad we picked according to our immediate needs and didn't get too cutesy. A+

At least they will be helpful for our VFL team and provide some structures. When will our VFL team can have a first win ? Buller is 22 and not sure if he is an acquaintance of Warner and/or McDonald?

Would not surprise me to see Arnold playing AFL footy pretty quickly if he settles in well.

I heard someone say he came through the underage system with Chad. But McDonald I think played for the state U18 team as a bottom ager, so chances are he is also acquainted with Buller.

Quite a good article on Buller.

Arnold is the best (non-listed) defender on the best VFL team. He’s a great pick and once he settles in he should be pushing for senior selection

Buller can also play in the ruck so could be useful as a backup backup option

What I like about Buller is he can get the footy a bit too - so suggests he gets around the ground not bad. Big step up of course and suspect a project player, but has all the attributes to replace the Reid like role if he makes it (especially as was a defender in junior footy too).

Looks like we have switched to needs rather than best available. Good if overdue. Ex Swans Naismith, Stoddart, Ronke, Bell, O'Connor no interest!
