Jamie Lawson had #1 when he broke the leg which finished him.

Before that #37 rings a bell.

      I don't know which players (if any) wore 32, 36, 38, 41, 43, 46 or any numbers 49 and above in 1994.

Luffy made his debut in 1990 - I don't ever remember him wearing any other number than 34.

Hilton Kotzur: 1 match in 1982
I wouldn't have a clue what his number was though.

I've got the entire 94 list here and the players are as follows:
              32 Scott Robinson
              36 Andrew Donnelly
              38 Andrew Bomford
              41 Ashley Thompson
              43 Matthew Aston
              46 Daryl Griffen
              49 Nobody
              50 Dion Myles

Slowly filling in the gaps - but the problem I have now is overlap - ie 2 players for the one number in the same year - can someone help me out by suggesting alternative numbers for the following clashes:

              #5 John Hutton/Jayson Daniels 1993
              #18 Matthew Lloyd/Craig Nettlebeck 1990-91
              #33 Scott Direen/Tony Malakellis 1993
              #47 Leon Higgins/Jim Silvestro 1988

also Paul Hawke must've worn #17 in 1991 as the great man Luffy had 34 at that stage - I've put down Hawke as #34 in his first stint

Also clarifying which years Thripp wore #12 and #33 would be a huge help

The jigsaw puzzle is taking shape!

Actually - if Luffy's around and can remember some of his more obscure teammates numbers from his early years it would be a big help!

"The Dark Ages" 1990-93 is the era I'm concentrating on at the moment - I'll understand if most of you have blocked it from your memory

Think we had a bloke called Farrell in #12 in the early 90's.
Got homesick and went to Hawthorn.

Ben Doolan did play in 4 and then went to Essendon if I
                  remember rightly.

This should be turned into an article on the main site rather than on the forum. There's a job for someone!

Re the question to Luffy, maybe send him a PM or post a specific thread callling his attention. Sometimes the threads get ignored (not just by Luffy), I've not come into this thread until tonight because it looked too long!

#4 is correct for Doolan, after him was Dean McRae until plugger arrived.

Before Doolan, Merv Neagle wore 4 for us, but I dare say there were player/s between Neagle and Doolan.

Michael Werner #9. Has he been mentioned. If not I'm sorry Reggi and MtS, now doubt trying to forget.

Come to the Alex hotel today and maybe after the game you can get a quiet moment with Harry Mcasey ... he was there in the 80s. He also keeps in with the past players group and should be able to help out.
