Would be happy to see J Bolton traded for a fast midfielder.Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.

If Fossie is traded to say Port or the Crows i would want the following from either.

Port: Dominic Cassisi.Official Driver Of The "Who Gives A @@@@ As The Player Will Get Delisted Anyway" Bandwagon.

"Potentially" ... "rumoured" ... "likely to be".Of those Swans players potentially seeking new homes, Nic Fosdike is rumoured to be considering a move home to Adelaide, while ex-Geelong pair David Spriggs and Paul Chambers are likely to be delisted if no trade can be arranged.

Ahhh.. welcome to off-season, EVERY year
And I'll say the same thing I say every year... I hate to see any players go, but no one is untradeable if The Right Trade was put on the table.
And futhermore, I predict that actually less than 10% of the rumoured trades actually come true
177th Senior AFL Match - Round 4, 2009 - Sydney vs Carlton, SCG. This is obviously out of date. I suppose I'll update it once I could be bothered sitting down with the fixture and working it out....

I'd love Knights, but please not Cassisi.Originally posted by Jeffers1984

He's a midfielder, of which we have a billion already, if Fosdike is lost, we should be looking for taller players from the S.A teams. Not average midfielders who have plateued like Cassisi.Comment

If Fosdike wants to go to an Adelaide club, I'd be pushing for their first round pick, especially Adelaide's.Comment

as I said, simply post match vitriole......nice to think what we might get for him though....could be a way to rebuild for a shot at the 2010 flag.Originally posted by liz
Sorry, but trading Hall is one of the daftest things I have read.
I'm totally scratching my head over this idea...
But would never happen for both media and morale.
Anyhow, he lost
(rather didnt win) us a flag.....He ate more cheese, than time allowedComment

Sure it would be a good trade from our perspective but you have to think from the other club's point of view and what they gain from that proposed trade. Trading a younger midfielder for an older midfielder, not sure what they gain out of that considering how far off they are from making the Top 8.Originally posted by allanh
Salopek for Fosdike sounds fair?Comment

No way will Port give up Salopek or Cassisi. Cassisi is from WA so you would think he would head over there if wanting a trade. Would be surprised to see us pick up Salopek when you consider we overlooked him in the draft and picked McVeigh with pick 5, with Port picking him at 6 after he was tipped to go top 3. Could do with someone like Scott Stevens!Comment
