After the last two weeks, NOW he'll be good as trade bait.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun. Blessedare the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.
He played better on Saturday because he mixed his game up. If you noticed, he played a bit closer to goal and didn't just play lead up footy. He moved around in the forward line and actually did a couple of dummy leads, so for once he had the defenders guessing.
Hall is not finished. We may not be a top four side for the next few years and someone needs to be there. If the delivery was better Hall would kick more goals. He is a very fit bloke who will peobably play a couple more years, style may change a little. When Micks knees went people thought he was finished, but not on this years evidence. No the answer lies in the midfield, where games are won and lost
He's definitely not finished but his contract ends at end of 2009. I can't see him continuing. I think he will be very happy to walk away and take on other interests without AFL umpires being involved.
Listening to the SEN commentators beat up Hall. Say he is finished and should have taken up boxing this year. Is only still playing for the cash and the fact boxing is an unknown quantity for him.
The eternal connundrum "what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object" was finally solved when David Hasselhoff punched himself in the face.
I didn't think his first half today was poor at all. He was frequently ignored and when they went to him he was well covered by not only Scarlett but a multitude of defenders to help Scarlett out.
As for his second half.....
His DUMB free when he threw Stokes away was the start and it went downhill from there. Roosy benched him at least twice for petulant behaviour.
Driver of the Dan Hannebery bandwagon....all aboard. 4th April 09
